Depression means feeling sad, blue, unhappy, miserable, or down in the dumps. The main factors that engross in depression are using drug, life events or different situations.  Almost more than 80 per cent of people distress from depression have problems with their sleep. The specific need of people have to  sleep normally is as wide as 3 to 10 hours.

People who are facing with depression not effected their own lives as well as other people who are moving around. By showing their bad attitude, rudeness, aggressiveness and so on. Such people needs special care and sympathy for this never neglect these people, because depression is treatable.

Simon Lawton Smith, head of policy at the Mental Health Foundation declares in it’s annual launching campaign to raise awareness about the issue, “There’s still, sadly, a stigma attached to mental illness, based largely on prejudice and poor understanding. It can even be a taboo subject within the circle of family and close friends .’But any of us can develop a common mental disorder. One in four adults experience a problem in any one year so it’s not unusual or anything to be ashamed about.

If you become aware of any behavioral changes in your family members or friends, then it must be asking individual may be he/she is depressed.

Common behavioral changes are

  • Thoughts and actions are slowing down
  • Being awake all over the night
  • Spending less time with family and friends
  • Rash driving
  • Aggression and frustration greater than before
  • No interest in food and other activities
  • Complaints about physical health like fatigue, pains.
  • Way of thinking regarding to hopelessness and helplessness
  • Always thinking about worthlessness, self-hate, and inappropriate guilt
How to let somebody see happy by show your care

  • I’m here for you, never realize the person that he or she is alone even not neglecting them.
  • You are important to me
  • Let me be of assistance, Do you want a hug? It’s not good to say stop feeling regretful for yourself.
  • Depression is genuine, you are not departing to madness. Always avoid to say, Aren’t you always depressed?
  • Show him or her a ray of hope by consoling him or her. Show deep sympathy towards them.
  • You can endure, that you have to face it lively. I’ll still be here and so will you never realize the individual that he/she is wrong.
  • I’ll do my best to be aware of about your condition. I really don’t understand your feelings now but I can tender my soft corners for you.
  • You won’t force me to move away from your life. I am not leaving you or ditch you alone in this condition.
  • I really feel be concerned about you, say something special like I Love you or whatever you want.
Depression is one for the most part common health problems. The accurate cause of depression is not known. Many researchers believe it is due to by chemical imbalances in the brain, which may be hereditary or caused by events in a person’s life.
