Ingredients
100 gms rice steamed
6 garlic cloves crushed
One Egg
30 gms tomato chopped
2 tbsp soya sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
Freshly-ground white pepper to taste
50 gms chicken
5 gms raisin
20 gms tomato ketcup
5 gms salt
10 gms sugar
5 gms spring onion
50 ml cooking oil
15 gms wheat flour
Lettuce leaves for garnish
1 cucumber
lemon slices for garnish
Method
- Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, soya sauce, white pepper and then dust into wheat flour. Fry until it’s crispy.
- In pre-heat hot pan, pour some oil and fry the egg. Then add garlic, sugar, raisins, tomatoes and spring onion.
- Now, throw in the steamed rice and mix with ketchup and stir fry.
- Then add the crispy chicken.
- Garnish it with lettuce leaves, cucumber, lemon slices.
