student teacher relationship

“One’s real life is often the life that one does not lead.” ~Oscar Wilde

We do a lot of coaching with very successful older professionals. One of the most detrimental emotions they struggle with is be apologetic. Unluckily by that time they feel spellbound and dedicated to their choices. It’s never too late! Don’t let regret ruin you.

The teacher student relationship is integral part of children. Children spend approximately 5 to 7 hours a day with a teacher for almost 10 months. All of us have gone through schooling, and if auspiciously had a favorite teacher. A positive relationship between the student and the teacher is to understand the behavior and problems of his/her during class. It has been necessary to develop a friendly environment rather then develop personal concerns.

However, Co-education is effective based learning strategy where the students gains confidence boost up their talent and gear up to face the society challenges. But unfortunately in our society it’s considered an abuse if we talk to any strange person. One smile give means the boy or girl trap in a relationship. What the hell is this? What we are giving a lesson to our generation?

But the question is does generation gap spoils the society or it’s an abuse to anyone who has a friendly relationship in an environment. It’s definitely a mess if younger ones have a relationship with adult ones or somehow it’s called frustration or lust of that adult man or woman.

In today’s scenario a teen age boy is engaged with a mature lady? What are the symptoms behind it? It’s a result of parent’s negligence that ignore their children what they are doing at home and out door. Parents should keep an eye on their child cyber activities.

The main cause is Media behind it; today our channels exposed a diversity of relationship concerns. In teen age the brainstorming level is so low it’s a grown up age for a little one, when he/she watch out that emotions they captured themselves in to it.
To some extent it’s a fault of that teacher that cross the boundaries and forget about the educational phenomena. In psychological behavior terminology it’s called a mind sickness.

There are lots of well reputed institutes where the co-education seemed a practice education and student and teacher relationship is positive. Teacher should create boundaries for himself /herself that the students are not get involved.

David Thomas wrote an essay, ‘The Mind of Man” states in which he said, “Children who are yelled at feel rejected and frightened because a teacher shouts at them”.

Here the quote expresses the feeling of that child has towards the teacher foremost hamper the child from learning. The major factor is to be yell at children may differ from teacher to teacher, but shouting should not be the solution for children who find education a difficult process.

If we want to compete in a global economy we have to provide the fresh environment and effective tools to our kids who are the future leaders of our nation. We cannot resolve for less than the best for them. What we do today to reform education will echo in generations to come. It’s a fact a strong nation needs educated leaders.
