Ingredients:
12 oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
½ cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp oregano, dried
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 large bell peppers, any color, cut in half lengthwise
Directions:
In a large bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, oregano, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and mix it well until smooth. Then add to chicken mixture and toss to coat well. Fill the stuff in each pepper half with the chicken salad mixture.
I love chicken salad. This is sounds like a good recipe. I will make this. But, I might exclude the vinegar. Thanks for the recipe.
